    Standard Meats Project

    Standard Meat Company Project:

The Standard Meat Company reached out to us looking for a commercial GC to upgrade their restroom facilities as well as one of their many offices you can find at this plant. When we assessed the project with the client in the beginning, they were in dire need of new restroom partitions, as well as their shipping department had 7-8 employees cramped up in a 20'x15' Office. For the Restrooms we got them high privacy partitions, as we understand privacy while in the restroom is key! For the Office space we blew out a wall and expanded their office to a 20'x30' space with new flooring, new ceilings, all new paint throughout, an exterior service window for drivers to come up too, as well as all new custom-made desks to make the office have a bigger layout, and more functional. We were happy to partner with the Standard Meat Company and provided them with a project on time, and under their budget!

    Loman Project

    Loman Ranch Project:

This project was a fun one! The client reached out, as they had been taken by a General Contractor that did not know what they we're doing. We came out and walked the project that was already under construction with our client, listened to their vision and wants for this oversized front porch addition. We quickly got to work and brought their vision into a reality strategically working every angle to keep them within their budget, and on time due to poor craftsmanship from someone else. We are lucky enough to have them not as just a one-time customer, but a lifelong customer, as we are in the works to do more property upgrades.

    Boyd Daycare

    Boyd Daycare Project:

This one was a very interesting project, as we converted an old Baptist church into a new daycare facility for a client that has watched all our kids at one point or another, as they own multiple locations. We took our customers notes, multiple consultations on site, many meetings, and long nights. We then came up with a game plan and executed said game plan better than our client could even imagine. They did have a budget however, but we maintained that budget while saving cost where we could by keep the original carpet flooring saving them money in order to add multiple bathrooms and classrooms for them to fill with kids in the local area. We were blessed to add this addition to the Boyd Community.

    Beasley

    Beasley Project:

The Beasley Family had recently purchased a home in Springtown, Tx and reached out as the slope of their driveway was severely steep and made with gravel & Concrete. We consulted with our client about their needs, wants, & expectations on how to make their driveway less of a mountain slope. We collaborated internally and decided to go with a slight 2-3% slope, then tapper down and put extension wings with a new culvert. While in the process of starting demo of their new driveway our client asked used to bid in a back patio extension as well as new gutters. They accepted us to do all their work, as we have budget friendly pricing. We not alone met their expectations, but now they get in and out of their driveway with ease.

    Aledo Office

    Aledo Office Project:

This Project We were hired by another GC that was in a pinch with their subcontractors no showing on the job. We met with the GC went over the scope schedule and, budget and agreed to hire on under them on this one. We redid ceilings, painted throughout, gave them a new breakroom, as well as cut out floors for plumbing and electrical and poured back. This project landed us multiple other Jobs with this GC in the commercial industry as well as a long-lasting friendship between companies.

    Zion Temple Church

    Zion Temple Church Project:

On this project we were a subcontractor to another GC that deals with Restorations. This church was damaged by water, after someone hit the fire hydrant outside that destroyed the inside of the church. We provided new doors to the front of the sanctuary, new dry wall, tape, bed, paint, and texture to all walls and ceilings. We installed new insulation throughout the church, as well as installed all new and existing light fixtures. The Turnover process for this project was the best part of the whole project, watching the pastor and his wife walk the church and be so overwhelmed with joy of having their church back. This project was a blessing in disguise, and we were grateful to be apart of it.

    Pop Shelf

    Pop Shelf Coppell Project:

We were the main subcontractor that contributed to this tenant finish out, as we converted a Pets Mart into the Dollar General chain known as Pop Shelf. We did anything and everything on this project other than mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. We demoed out the space, reframed the space, tinted the store front windows, Tape, Bed, Paint smooth finished walks, installed doors, hardware, restroom accessories, installed hanging clouds, installed some millwork, installed insulation, painted the whole ceiling. It was a bigger commercial project, but we manned it accordingly, and stayed way ahead of any other subcontractors. This job a huge success, and we have had the luxury of helping out on others!
